CV Security was founded in 1988 by Chris Vendemia. When Chris was a young man he loved tinkering with electronics. This became a full-time job in 1971 at a TV repair shop working on audio and video equipment. He began his alarm career in 1980 at an alarm company located in Virginia. Eight years later he decided to start his own business. The main focus of CV Security was security systems, but has since grown into a complete low voltage integration company.
Today CV Security has over 4,000 clients. CV Security is an area leader in the residential and commercial security industry. We also specialize in custom designs, such as fire detection, intercom, video surveillance, audio/home theater & card access systems.
CV Security has been locally owned and operated for over twenty years. We are a family run operation currently staffed by Chris's wife, two sisters and a niece. This gives CV Security the caring small business mentality with big business effectiveness and makes CV Security truly unique in the industry.
